Why not a website builder?
Builders charge every month and keep your site on their platform. A hand-built site loads faster, costs nothing to host, and you can take it anywhere.
Can I change things myself?
Yes. Adding photos and blog posts is covered step by step in your handbook. Bigger changes I can do for you.
How long does it take?
Usually about 4 to 6 weeks, depending mostly on how quickly the photos and words come together.
I’m not a photographer. Is it still for me?
Yes, if your work is visual: bands, videographers, artists and makers all fit the same layout.
What if you stop doing this?
Your site keeps running. It’s in your accounts, not mine, and your handbook covers everything. Any web developer can pick it up.
What does it cost each year?
Just your domain name, usually under £15 a year for a .co.uk. Hosting is free.
